As the insured, once your reservation is set up, your local office will fulfill your needs within 24 hours. Upon arriving at the Enterprise office, you will be expected to show the branch that you are on the policy. The local office will work with your insurance provider to set up a direct bill for the covered amount of your rental. You will want to check your rental coverage to see how much per day your provider will pay. As the renter, you will be responsible for any difference.

Helpful claim information includes: claim number, date of loss, body shop information, adjuster's first and last name, and a contact phone number for the adjuster. This information is helpful to the local Enterprise office, as it allows them to quickly set up the billing for your rental.

It is recommended that you contact the local Enterprise office before arrival to ensure you have all necessary information prepared. This will allow your rental process to be quick and easy. Based on the state in which you are renting, different rental requirements may exist for you as the claimant. As a claimant, you will be required to meet the location's rental qualifications.
